Not satisfied with the filtration results and costs incurred, John Deere approached Panchsheel to improve the performance of their existing filtration system. It initially started with a pilot project on a single system. Panchsheel, with an indigenous solution, adhered to global standards and managed to arrive at a fixed per component cost of filtration. Outstanding performance on this system led to an AMC with JD for the maintenance and management of multiple filtration systems. This further led to the development of new holistic filtration systems for John Deere – a complete solution inclusive of tanks, pumps, heaters, filtration units, etc., and built-in automation for efficient operation.

It came as no surprise when Panchsheel was conferred with the “Best Supplier” award in the Indirect Material Category, 2018-19.
